What methods of payment are accepted at Amelia Maysun Skincare?
We currently accept all major credit and debit cards and PayPal. Your billing address must match what appears on your credit/debit card billing statement. Abbreviations, punctuation and spelling MUST be exact otherwise we cannot process your order.
Where do you stand on animal testing?
We don't believe in testing on animals. We believe in the proof of science. And we know science has proven it's unnecessary to test products for safety on animals. So, we don't do it.
Are your products vegan- friendly?
Amelia has personally formulated each product using raw materials that have been verified to be vegan from our suppliers, therefore products that are vegan have been labelled ‘Vegan- Friendly’ on our website and contain no animal-derived components.
We are in the process of having our vegan products independently verified by the Vegan Society and once certified we will print the official symbol on our packaging, so you can shop with complete peace of mind.
Why are your skincare products fragrance free?
Whether natural or synthetic, research has shown that fragrance is a common sensitising ingredient for all skin types and can cause a sensitising reaction on skin.
Here at Amelia Maysun Skincare, we never add volatile or skin-aggravating fragrances to mask our skincare products or even plan to in the future, so you can take the best possible care of your skin.
Do you use recyclable packaging?
Nearly all our packaging is recyclable. Our current plastic bottles and future tubes, and jars can be recycled provided your community recycling program accepts plastics labelled as #1 (for PET plastic). Our caps are made of polypropylene and are recyclable in programs that accept #5 plastics (PP). All these plastics are considered safe, and free of BPA.
What is your return/exchange policy?
All sales are final. We do accept refunds/returns only if the items are defective or damaged on delivery. Before signing for your delivery please make sure it is not damaged or broken.
We cannot accept refunds if the product has been opened due to hygiene reasons, unless there is a failure in the product. If you need to return/exchange an item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org first with pictures of the damage. Please see our Returns Policy.
How long is delivery?
Standard delivery will take between 3-5 working days in the UK and slightly longer for international orders. Please note it may take a little longer during busy times of the year e.g. Christmas, Black Friday etc. This is out of our control as the postal service will be overwhelmed with packages. However, we will provide you with a tracking number, so you can stay up to date with your delivery.
How much is shipping?
Free Standard shipping for UK customers (3-5 working days).
International shipping is £9.99 (7-14 working days).
For international customers, please note we do not accept liability for delays on orders held at customs. International customers are responsible for any custom charges or taxes issued by their country.
